From the 1st January 2009 to early March 2009 the Cellars Bar & Restaurant will undergo a spectacular refurbishment. The restaurant will re-open as Eightteen99. The name is inspired by the year that the grand hotel was built. The newly refurbished restaurant is set to be an informal restaurant and bar with private seating arrangements, intimate lightning and of course a welcoming bar!

Throughout the refurbishment, the Gazebo will open for lunch for all guests and regulars of the Cellars Bar & Restaurant and will serve all the popular dishes that the restaurant is renowned for.
